You can use Robinson Empire to order everything from dumbbells to clothes to electronics without leaving your couch. Our start page lists product categories including Gadgets, Fitness, and Men and Women’s Clothing.


How do I open a new vendor account?

Visit the Vendor Page to sign up and subscribe. You should use your business email address when making your account.

Before you start, have the following information ready:

  • Business name, address, and contact information
  • An internationally chargeable credit card with a valid billing address
  • Your phone number, where you can be reached during the registration process
  • Your tax ID information
  • Additional identification documents may be required in some cases


When and where can my store be accessed?

Robinson Empire is completely cloud-based, which means you don’t have to worry about upgrading or maintaining any software or web servers. With this flexibility, you can access and run your business from anywhere with an Internet connection.


Can I list my products on the Robinson Empire website?

Products can be listed on the online store once your account registration has been completed. Prior approval may be required to list certain products in certain categories.


What types of products cannot be listed on Robinson Empire?

Some products like prescription drugs cannot be listed as a matter of compliance with legal restrictions and Robinson Empire policy.


How do I add to my product inventory?

To add new product listings, use the add a product feature on the vendor page to add one new product at a time. Alternatively, you can use an Excel-based inventory file to add multiple product listings at once.


How do I get paid?

When your vendor account is completed, you’ve made some sales, and you have a positive account balance, Robinson Empire sends your earnings to your bank account. When you register, you provide us with all of the details to electronically transfer your funds. It may take up to five business days for the money to be reflected in your bank account after Robinson Empire initiates a payment.

Before Robinson Empire can give you your earnings, you must have provided a valid bank account as a Deposit Method in your Vendor account settings. We cannot make payments to a credit card or online payment system, such as PayPal.


How will I know when I have a sale?

We’ll notify you by email or text message when you receive an order. You can choose either notification method or both in your account settings.


How do I close my vendor account?

To permanently close your vendor account, request an account closure on your profile dashboard. Keep in mind that you can suspend your product listings or remove them entirely while keeping your account for future use.

Before you close your account permanently, remember to cancel and remove your product listings and resolve all of your transactions.


What are Robinson Empire’s primary target markets?

Our target markets are the United States of America, Canada, and the Virgin Islands.


How much does it cost to ship the items I sell?

Shipping fees vary based on a variety of factors such as the weight and the location of the buyer. The charge will be added to your bill after an order has been placed. You then contact the logistics company which will deliver the product.


Who handles shipping & delivery?

Vendors handle the shipping of all goods on our website. Robinson Empire only provides online vendors with a platform to sell their goods. The vendors control the following aspects involved in each sale: handling of goods, delivery, shipping fees, and the return of damaged goods. Robinson Empire does not have any control over the shipping and delivery of products.


How much does a subscription as a vendor on Robinson Empire cost?

Our vendor platform offers extremely affordable membership programs. You should choose the pricing plan that best suits the size and stage of your business.

  • Bronze: $199.00 each year after a 6-month free trial
    • Vendors can list up to 150 products
  • Silver: $299.00 each year after a 30-day free trial
    • Vendors can list up to 250 products
  • Gold: $399.00 each year after a 30-day free trial
    • Vendors can list unlimited products


When do I start getting charged the yearly subscription fee?

The yearly subscription fee applies to vendor accounts only and begins as soon as the free trial expires. If you don’t sign up during a promotional offer, you’ll be charged when you complete your vendor account.


Can I change or cancel plans?

No. All plans are only available on a year-to-year basis. You can only change your plan once your yearly subscription elapses.


What payment options do you support?

Robinson Empire supports payment providers globally, including Visa. MasterCard, Discover, and more. There’s a good chance we support your preferred option.


What currency will I be billed in?

All plans are billed in US dollars.


Do you offer refunds for a subscription?

We don’t offer refunds.


What is the Membership Wallet Reward Program?

The Membership Wallet Reward Program is a 6-month program available for vendors and customers on When you sign up and subscribe, you will receive a free 6-month trial to upload your product listings and make sales on our website.

This reward plan is tailored to help you save as much money as possible every time you make a purchase, comment on our vendors’ blog, or refer a friend to sign up and shop on our online store.


Are my transaction secure?

Your customers’ payment information is completely safe on Robinson Empire. All sensitive information is always transmitted via a secure HTTPS channel.


Are there setup or transaction fees?

No. There are no setup or transaction fees with any of our plans.
