When your Vendor account is completed, sales have been made and you have a
positive balance, Robinson Empire sends your accumulated earnings to your bank account, the details of which you would have provided during registration, using an electronic funds transfer. It can sometimes take up to five business days for the
money to be reflected in your bank balance after Robinson Empire initiates a
payment.
Before Robinson Empire can pay you, you must have provided a valid bank account
as a Deposit Method in your Vendor account settings. We can not make payments to
a credit card or online payment system, such as PayPal.

How Will I Know When I Have A Sale?
Robinson Empire notifies you by email or text message when you receive an order.
You can choose either notification method in your account settings (or simply choose
both).

How Do I Close My Vendor Account?
To permanently close your vendor account, request an account closure on your
profile dashboard. Keep in mind that you can suspend your products listings, or
remove them entirely, while retaining your account for future use.
Before you close your account permanently, remember to cancel and remove your
product listings and resolve all of your transactions.

free trial.
A vendor can list up to 250 Products during the course of this subscription.
● For the Gold subscription, Vendors pay $399.00 each year, after a 30-day free
trial.
A Vendor has an unlimited number of product listings during the course of this
subscription.
With our 6-month free Membership Wallet program, you get to use our online sales
platform for FREE for the first 6 months after your signup.

When Do I Start Getting Charged The Yearly Subscription Fees?
The yearly subscription fee applies to the Vendors account only, and begins as soon
as you finish the registration process and your 6-month free trial expires.
Your first yearly subscription fee will be charged when you complete your vendor’s
account, unless you’re signing up during a promotional offer, like the 6-month
membership wallet reward program.

Can I Change Or Cancel Plans?
No. All plans are only available on a year-to-year basis, so you can only change your
plan once your yearly subscription elapses.

What Payment Options Do You Support?
